RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Gulaabi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

Return Policy Details:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not offer exchanges at this time.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@gulaabi.ca. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

SHIPPING

Orders will be packed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchasing. Please allow 1-4 weeks for pre-orders to be handled and shipped. Shipping time is dependent on delivery location. We are not responsible for the loss, damages or theft of your package once delivered.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

US & Canadian orders will not be charged duties by us. Gulaabi is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that transit times may vary due to customs delays.
